1. How Booking Works
Dwarkadhish Travels follows a simple enquiry-based booking process. Customers do not need to create an account to submit a travel enquiry.
- 1. Customer submits a travel enquiry.
- 2. Our team receives the enquiry.
- 3. Our team contacts the customer.
- 4. Travel details, vehicle and price are finalized.
- 5. The booking is confirmed.
- 6. A booking ID is generated.
- 7. The customer can track the booking.
2. Booking Enquiry
Customers may submit an enquiry through our booking/inquiry page. The information requested may include:
- Customer name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Travel date
- Return date, where applicable
- Number of passengers
- Preferred vehicle
- Trip type
- Additional requirements
3. Enquiry Is Not Automatic Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm a booking. Availability, vehicle type, travel dates, route and pricing must be confirmed by Dwarkadhish Travels.
4. Confirmation
Once the required travel details have been finalized, the booking can be confirmed by our travel team.
Customers should retain their booking information for future communication and tracking.
5. Booking ID
A confirmed booking may be assigned a unique Booking ID. This ID can be used to identify the booking when communicating with our team.
6. Track Your Booking
Customers do not need to create an account to check their booking status.
Where the tracking service is available, customers can use their Booking ID and mobile number to access their booking status.
7. Vehicle Preference
Customers may indicate a preferred vehicle while submitting an enquiry. Vehicle availability is subject to the requested date, passenger capacity and other operational factors.
8. Changes to Booking
Customers should contact our team as early as possible if they need to change travel dates, destinations, pickup locations, passenger numbers or vehicle requirements.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation requests are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any booking-specific conditions communicated by our team.
